US $30 M received by CoreStack in Series B funding round

CoreStack, a multi-cloud governance SaaS company based in the United States, has raised $30 million in a Series B fundraising round.

Avatar Growth Capital (lead), Dallas Venture Capital (DVC), Iron Pillar, and angel investors were among the investors.

CoreStack will use the funds to expand into new markets and build and enhance its AI-powered continuous and autonomous cloud governance.

CoreStacki is a next-generation multi-cloud governance system driven by AI. It enables businesses to implement self-governing cloud governance at scale.

CoreStack’s proactive approach to AI-powered cloud-native governance makes use of cloud-as-code, orchestration frameworks, deep AI/ML, and a unique connector-less methodology. By regulating operations, security, cost, access, and resources, the firm helps organisations to achieve objectives across FinOps, SecOps, and CloudOps, such as a 40% reduction in cloud expenses and a 50% improvement in operational efficiency.
