Vegan dairy brand One Good acquired by superfood brand Nourish You

One Good, a vegan dairy brand, has been acquired by the superfood brand Nourish You. Products from Nourish You and One Good are accessible on the former’s website after the acquisition.

One Good, which was co-founded in 2016 by Radhika Datt, Abhay Rangan, and Veena Sudharshanchar under the name Goodmylk, provides a large selection of vegan dairy products, including milks, cheeses, chocolates, curd, ghee, butter, and more. The company says that in some areas of the nation, vegan milk is less expensive than cow’s milk.

Abhay Rangan, Radhika Datt, and Dhivakar Sathyamurthy, along with One Good team, will become a part of Nourish You’s leadership team. Thus far, One Good has purchased three plant-based businesses.

Nourish You, an Indian company co-founded in 2015 by Sowmya Reddy, Krishna Reddy, and Rakesh Kilaru, provides superfoods like quinoa and chia seeds to customers in India. Its website states that it oversees 5,000 acres of farms in Rajasthan, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh that grow quinoa and chia. Quinoa, chia, millets, edible seeds (flax, pumpkin, sunflower, and watermelon), and breakfast cereals (muesli and fills) are among the products that the company exports to nations like Singapore, Nepal, Kenya, Dubai, Mongolia, and the Maldives.
