Venttup raised seed funding from Unicorn India Venture
Unicorn India Ventures has provided seed funding to Venttup, an innovative Industries 5.0 startup that aims to create a global network of scalable engineering and capacities with India at its center.
According to a press release from Venttup, the money will be used to speed up technology development and business expansion for Indigenization Program Management.
Venttup was founded by Sandeep Nair, M. Wasim Ankli, and Joseph Panakkal with the goal of bringing millions of manufacturing MSMEs together on a single digital platform to transform the manufacturing landscape. Venttup provides these companies with a supply chain, which increases their operational effectiveness.
Venttup helps big businesses outsource their engineering requirements and lower their carbon footprint by using sustainable practices and cloud manufacturing. In the energy, electric vehicle (EV), aerospace, and defense industries, it provides localized production of crucial engineering solutions and highly customized, complex components.
Since its launch in 2023, the company says it has generated Rs 2 crore in annual revenue and has Rs 20 crore in orders pending. It wants to acquire at least 50 new clients in order to increase its revenue five times in a year.
