Visa-as-a-service platform VISARUN.AI raised $700K Pre-seed funding

VISARUN.AI, a visa-as-a-service platform driven by AI, has raised $700,000 in pre-seed funding from angel investors based in Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates who have a wealth of e-commerce and trading experience. The investment will support strategic market penetration efforts, sales team growth, and platform development for the business.

VISARUN.AI takes on the problem of the MENA region’s severe backlogs and processing delays, which are caused by high application volumes and a lack of staff at embassies and consulates. The current processing times for different types of visas vary from 4 to 12 weeks for different countries. The organization assists businesses and travel agencies in planning business travel by removing the chaos, micromanagement, and lack of control associated with manual management.

The platform sets itself apart with a number of cutting-edge features that revolutionize the way visas are processed. The Smart Visa Route system is the foundation of its service; it generates customized application pathways according to certain parameters, such as citizenship, travel dates, destination country, and likelihood of approval. A sophisticated AI interview simulation system that offers three-minute virtual consultation interviews with real-time feedback and preparation tips is also planned for release by the platform.

“VISARUN.AI represents the future of visa process management. This fresh capital will enable us to fully automate visa processes and develop an advanced AI agent for comprehensive process management,” said Vladimir Indjikian, President and co-founder of VISARUN.AI.

The advanced Visa Approval Calculator helps business users determine the likelihood that an application will be approved before committing to employee travel. The Advanced Document Verification feature of the system uses machine learning and computer vision to precisely analyze and validate documents, guaranteeing accuracy at every stage.

“Our core technology combines computer vision and advanced machine learning models to ensure accurate document verification. In fact, the custom-trained language model cross-validates applicant data, virtually eliminating processing errors,” said Alena Iakina, co-founder and CCO of VISARUN.AI.

Up to 10,000 visa applications can be processed each month with VISARUN.AI, a tried-and-true method for automating visa procedures that can cut down on manual labor by up to 70%. In contrast to locals, the company’s expansion strategy focuses on markets with sizable migrant populations—the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, and China—where visas are required for travel to the US and the EU. With migrants making up 41.4% of the workforce in 2019, the Arab States region has the highest concentration of migrant workers worldwide, significantly higher than the 5% global average. In order to expand its services for this expanding market, the company intends to take advantage of the high demand for visa and immigration services from India, Pakistan, and the CIS nations.
