$1.3 M Pre-seed funding raised by user research platform Betafi
A pre-seed fundraising round headed by Together Fund, Entrepreneur First, and Titan Capital secured US $1.3 million for Betafi, a user research platform with headquarters in Singapore.
Founders from Razorpay, Pine Labs, Snapdeal, and Livspace joined the round along with well-known author Nir Eyal.
Betafi is a tool that was established just last year that may assist product teams in conducting user interviews and usability testing to verify their concepts, designs, websites, and applications. Developers may gather insights from user chats through the platform and pass them along to other teams.
The existing tools that product teams presently use, such as Zoom, Miro, Figma, and Adobe XD, are integrated with this service by Betafi.
Arjun Arora, a former executive at Singtel, and Ethan Sherbondy, a former software engineer at Stripe, founded the business. In September of this year, the founders launched Betafi. More than 1,500 hours of user feedback calls have been made on the platform since then, according to the business.
“User research is still a manual process and involves a fair amount of logistics. We want to take the busy work out of the process so you focus on what is truly important – uncovering insights,” Arora said in a statement.
