Sauce VC led Rs 7.5 Cr funding raised by D2C watch brand Bruno Milano

Bruno Milano, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) watch business, raised Rs 7.5 crore in a fundraising round headed by Sauce VC. Titan Capital and angel investors Arjun Purkayastha, Roman Saini, cofounder of Unacademy, and Kitty Agarwal also participated.
According to a press statement from Bruno Milano, the additional funds will be utilized to boost its availability via major e-commerce and fast commerce platforms, increase its market presence throughout India, and expedite the introduction of new watch collections and styles.
Bruno Milano is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) watch business that was founded in 2024 by Rachit Jain and Saurabh Agarwal. It offers reasonably priced, modern watches that are typically priced between Rs 2,000 and Rs 5,000 through e-commerce and fast commerce channels.
Hand-finished quartz and chronograph watches, such as the Vittorio Chrono, Ambrosiana Chic, and Duomo Heritage collections, are available from the Noida-based company. It also provides personalized corporate gift options.
Bruno Milano uses rapid commerce methods, e-commerce platforms, and its official website to sell its goods. The company claimed that its timepieces blend contemporary styles with timeless beauty.
The business faces competition from startups like Rotoris, Argos clocks, Jaipur Watch Company, and Bangalore Watch Company. These companies target a variety of markets, from high-end, heritage-inspired timepieces to reasonably priced luxury and mechanical clocks.
In December 2025, Nikhil Kamath, Venture Catalysts, 100Unicorns, and Vivek Oberoi were among the investors who contributed $3 million (about Rs 27 crore) to Rotoris’ seed round. While Jaipur Watch Company had previously raised Rs 2.4 crore in an angel fundraising round, Argos Watches raised Rs 6.5 crore in 2025 to support product development and digital expansion.
