Digital health startup Mykare Health raised $2.01 M in Seed round

Mykare Health, a startup in the digital health space, has raised $2.01 million in a seed round of funding, with the help of investors including OnDeck ODX, Avaana Seed, Huddle, Endurance Capital, F Health, VeritasX, Stanford Angels, and business leaders like Ajit Mohan (founder of Hotstar and former MD of Meta India), Ankit Tandon (Global CBO and CEO of OYO), Nikhil Jaisinghani, Dr.

According to a press release from Mykare Health, the company intends to use the funds to improve the overall patient experience and support talent acquisition efforts.

Senu Sam, Rahmatulla TM, and Joash Philipose founded Mykare Health together in 2021. Through an integrated ecosystem, Mykare Health empowers patients and their families. The startup manages every aspect, from choosing a suitable facility and guaranteeing transparent pricing to handling paperwork, coordinating insurance, arranging transportation, facilitating communication with doctors to understand their practices, organizing hospital admission and discharge, and providing post-care support. According to Mykare, its trained and experienced counselors are on hand to help patients get over their fear of not having enough money and transparency and make their journey to the doctor easy.

Additionally, Mykare Health provides a ground-breaking proposal for small and medium-sized hospitals with the intention of eradicating the underutilization of these facilities’ physical assets and the expertise of the medical staff who work there.

Mykare Health asserts that over 85,000 patients’ lives have been impacted in the past year and that it has established operations in more than 12 Indian cities with more than 200 hospital partnerships.
