Organic personal care brand Herby Angel raised $2.5 M from JCBL Group

An ayurvedic and organic personal care brand called Herby Angel has raised $2.5 million from JCBL Group in its initial funding round.

The money raised will go toward accelerating technological development, product portfolio expansion, business growth, R&D, and marketing initiatives.

Herby Angel is an omnichannel brand that was introduced in January 2023. It sells both online and through traditional distribution channels to maximize points of sale and optimize returns on marketing investments.

The brand asserts that it now has over 1,300 retail locations across 13 states. Along with other well-known e-commerce sites, it can be found on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and FirstCry.

Over thirty health and wellness products are currently available from Herby Angel. By March 2024, the company wants to have more than 2,000 retail locations throughout 18 states.
