AI startup Banza raises $1 M Pre-seed funding from Campus Fund

Avalanche and a group of angel investors participated in the $1 million pre-seed funding round led by Campus Fund for the AI startup Banza.

According to a press release from the company, the money will be used to strengthen the foundation for its personal AI category, expand the team, improve user experience, and speed up product development.

Mehdi A, Suraj Mulla, and Aditya Vijayakumar founded Banza in January of this year with the goal of enabling users to create and possess a personal AI Twin that learns from their digital behavior over time.

The Bengaluru-based startup is creating an AI Twin that adjusts to a user’s preferences, habits, and context, assisting them in making better daily choices about everything from where to go, what to buy, and how to plan experiences to what to eat and watch.

According to Banza, existing digital services only collect fragmented user data, which leads to experiences that are fragmented and lacking. By unifying this data, its platform hopes to enable users to create AI that better understands and benefits them.
