As RoboNexus accelerator wraps up its first batch, Singapore’s dConstruct earns $125 M in Series A funding

Singapore-based dConstruct Technologies has secured $125 million in a Series A funding round, emerging as the biggest success story from the first cohort of Singapore’s RoboNexus accelerator, a venture-building initiative under the National Robotics Program.
In a statement released on Thursday, the National Robotics Program said the inaugural RoboNexus cohort also included LionsBot and Spinoff Robotics, both of which have expanded their operations into markets across Asia, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
At the center of dConstruct Technologies’ offering is its proprietary d.ASH platform, which combines advanced 3D scanning technologies to power autonomous robots capable of operating in complex, GPS-denied environments. The platform supports applications across the built environment, security, inspection, logistics, and next-generation entertainment. Its customer base includes Boustead Projects, the Defence Science and Technology Agency, JRE Ventures of the East Japan Railway Company Group, SBS Transit, and SoftBank Robotics Singapore.
Chief Executive Officer Chinn Lim said the funding reflects strong investor confidence in the company’s ambition to develop next-generation reality capture and robotic automation technologies from Singapore for global markets. He added that RoboNexus provided valuable access to industry partners and commercial opportunities that helped accelerate product deployment.
The company is also developing a new 42,000-square-meter global headquarters at Singapore’s Punggol Digital District. Known as dC Plus, the facility is expected to be completed by the end of 2026 and will include dedicated testing environments for wheeled, quadruped, and humanoid robots, along with collaborative workspaces and community engagement programs.
LionsBot has continued to strengthen its international presence, operating in more than 40 countries through overseas subsidiaries in Dallas, Amsterdam, and Chennai. The company has deployed more than 6,000 cleaning robots worldwide. Its global expansion has been supported by a partnership with European facility management company WISAG, which contributed to the development of the R5 autonomous cleaning robot introduced in April 2026.
LionsBot Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder Dylan Ng said the company is committed to supporting future RoboNexus participants by mentoring emerging deep-tech entrepreneurs and sharing practical experience in research and development, product commercialization, and international expansion.
Meanwhile, Spinoff Robotics completed a successful exit after being acquired by Nanoveu Limited, a technology company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. The acquisition provides the company with greater access to funding, commercial networks, and international growth opportunities.
Originally established to commercialize tethered aerial robotics technology, Spinoff Robotics develops aerial inspection and cleaning solutions for hard-to-access infrastructure across sectors including urban infrastructure, facilities management, and industrial inspection. The acquisition will also support the expansion of its licensed Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) platform into non-tethered drone applications.
Spinoff Robotics Co-founder Tan Chee How said the National Robotics Program played a key role in helping the company progress from research to commercialization. He added that RoboNexus enabled the company to build industry partnerships and secure real-world deployment opportunities, accelerating the adoption of its aerial robotics technology in international markets.
