Aquapulse raises Rs 25 Cr Series A funding from NABVENTURES

An ongoing Series A round led by NABVENTURES through its AgriSURE Fund has raised Rs 25 crore for the aquaculture tech startup Aquapulse.

The money raised will be used to fortify its technology stack, establish an internal processing facility, and broaden its network of farmers. It also intends to expand its pricing and supply chain infrastructure and invest in AI-driven pre- and post-harvest systems.

Aquapulse, which was founded in 2022 by Abhishek and Abhilash Dwivedy, focuses on increasing the efficiency of the seafood value chain through operations in infrastructure, technology, and aquaculture.

In addition to post-harvest services like grading, cold chain logistics, and compliance, Aquapulse provides AI-driven solutions for tracking pond conditions, disease risks, and feed optimization. Additionally, it gives farmers guaranteed offtake and real-time price discovery.

Currently serving more than 6,000 farmers in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and West Bengal, the platform intends to grow to over 15,000.

The startup wants to increase farmer income, transparency, and quality control by creating an integrated “pond-to-port” supply chain.
