Computer vision SAAS startup Assert AI raised $4 M from multiple investors

Prominent investors led by Ramesh Hariharan (ex-CTO and co-founder of LatentView), Prashant Purker (former MD & CEO of ICICI Venture), Arya.ag (integrated grain commerce platform), and a few other individuals helped computer vision SAAS startup Assert AI raise Rs 30 crore ($4 million) in a funding round.

Assert AI stated in a press release that the company intends to use the money to increase its presence in important markets, improve research and development activities, and keep breaking new ground in computer vision technology.

In addition to the US and the Middle East, Assert AI operates in India.

With the help of assert AI, computers are equipped with eyes that never sleep and a program that processes visual inputs to recognize and process objects that mimic human vision without the need for human error.

It facilitates process automation, enhances customer satisfaction, and provides businesses and organizations with insightful operational data.

The three main products of the company are Falcon, Alpha, and Pratham. Pratham is a computer vision platform that requires no code, whereas Alpha gives customers various ways to use and incorporate data into their operational systems. Falcon, its third product, uses real-time tracking and optimization to transform warehouse inventory management.

The company, headed by Job Philip, states that it has sent more than 50 applications to government agencies, SMEs, and major corporations.
