Conversational support platform ClearFeed raised $2.7 M Seed funding from Peak XV’s Surge
With participation from 8VC and other angel investors, ClearFeed, a platform for conversational support for businesses, has raised $2.7 million in a seed round led by Peak XV’s Surge.
According to a press release from ClearFeed, the new funds will be used to support the company’s product development and go-to-market teams in India.
In order to streamline customer and employee requests on Slack and Microsoft Teams, Ankit Jain, Joydeep Sen Sarma, and Lalit Indoria founded ClearFeed. This service uses artificial intelligence (AI) models to track inquiries and escalate requests. Various departments can work together seamlessly, and service teams have simple tracking and response capabilities, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Triage channels, one-click ticket submission, and real-time, two-way data syncing are among its product features. It currently integrates with eight market-leading software programs, including Zendesk, Jira, FreshDesk, HubSpot, Github, Linear, Intercom, and Salesforce.
The platform claims that its revenue has increased by 10x since the beginning of 2023 and that its staff in its India offices has doubled. Over 100 businesses around the world have reportedly used ClearFeed’s products, including Atlan Data, Last9, Sprinto, and Plum Insurance.
Boxs is a B2B manufacturing platform for architects and interior designers. Peak XV’s Surge led the seed round in Boxs last month. Ethereal Machines, a startup in advanced manufacturing, received support from the accelerator program in July.
