DesignX raises $2 M Pre-series A funding from Rockstud Capital, We Founder Circle

We Founder Circle, Piper Serica, and current clients have joined Noida-based DesignX in raising $2 million in a Pre-Series A investment round headed by Rockstud Capital.

The money raised will go towards improving the platform’s AI and integration features as well as expanding into new markets in India and abroad.

Engineers Rajat and Nishant Srivastava founded the company in 2015. Its digital factory operating system (Df-OS) digitizes more than 600 factory floor operations and connects with enterprise, IoT, and ERP systems to deliver real-time operational data.

Currently, DesignX provides services to customers in the automotive, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and other industries, such as Unilever, Suzuki, Dabur, and Hero.

It faces competition from companies like Lynkit, Precog, and Infinite Uptime in the smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 sectors.
