Electronics only quick commerce startup Epik raised $1 M Pre-seed funding from Info Edge Ventures

With the help of angel investors, Info Edge Ventures led a $1 million pre-seed funding round for Epik, a fast commerce company that specializes in electronics and home appliances.

The funds will be used by the Bengaluru-based startup to develop its fulfilment infrastructure, broaden its product line, and fortify its network of demo operations across cities.

Founded by Gotama Gowda, Varun Chopra, and Harsha Reddy, Epik uses a “try and buy” business model in which skilled professionals deliver goods to clients’ homes in less than 60 minutes so they can see them before they buy. Before choosing a product, users can physically compare several options on the platform.

More than 60 companies, including Philips, Samsung, Apple, Dyson, Dell, and Eureka Forbes, are partners of the startup. It claims to have scaled almost 20 times since launch and has been in operation in Bengaluru since October 2025.

To facilitate quick fulfillment, the platform’s logistics model makes use of hub-based operations, demo units, and trained staff.

While developing a service layer that combines assisted buying and product discovery, Epik intends to grow across categories and cities.
