Expense management & budgeting platform Bujeti secured $2 M Seed funding for expansion
The end-to-end expense management and budgeting platform Bujeti, a Nigerian startup, has raised US $2 million in seed money to help it expand and gain market share.
Bujeti is a financial management platform that was founded in 2021 and is revolutionizing corporate finance management for companies of all sizes. It provides a centralized solution that digitises financial workflows, automates payments, issues cards to employees and vendors, and streamlines expenses.
Participating in the W23 batch of the esteemed Silicon Valley-based Y Combinator (YC) accelerator, the startup recently raised a US $2 million seed round led by YC and including investments from backers like Abdul “Tomiwa” Hassan, Heirloom VC, Entrée Capital, Voltron Capital, UnpopularVC, Kima Ventures, and Arash Ferdowsi, co-founder of Dropbox.
Bujeti will be able to grow faster, gain market share, and offer more products thanks to this funding round. With this, the business will concentrate on creating new products suited to enterprise needs and launching credit lines for SMBs.
