IPV led $300K Pre-series A funding secured by D2C brand Happy Nature
Inflection Point Ventures led a $300,000 pre-Series A round for the direct-to-consumer brand Happy Nature.
In May 2022, Happy Nature had previously raised $768K at a $6.99 million valuation during a seed round. According to a press release from Happy Nature, the additional funding will be used for branding, marketing, and sales initiatives.
Happy Nature, which was co-founded in 2018 by Vikas Singh and Vishal Rastogi, provides farm-fresh milk, dairy, and breakfast essentials straight to customers, all of which are sourced from reliable sources.
Happy Nature claims that it helps small farmers overcome obstacles by giving them access to markets and resources. Furthermore, it addresses consumer concerns by providing them with breakfast, dairy, and milk products with 100% clean labels and no preservatives via a convenient subscription and delivery model.
Happy Nature states that it currently serves over 1,00,000 customers and processes over 15,000 orders per day from its locations in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Karnal, Panipat, Ludhiana, Ambala, Zirakhpur, Panchkula, Chandigarh, and Mohali.
