Latest e-Track programme applications opened by UCT GSB Solution Space, ayoba
The e-Track programme, run by UCT GSB Solution Space and ayoba, is now accepting submissions for the next edition, which aims to help businesses from throughout Africa.
The last e-Track Programme concluded earlier this month with seven of the graduating startups pitching their businesses to an audience at a hybrid event hosted on the GSB campus, which was run by UCT GSB Solution Space – a specialised centre of the University of the Cape Town Graduate School of Business focused on high-impact early startups, corporate innovation, and entrepreneurship development – and funded by ayoba.
Strapp won the ‘Peer Award,’ for his idea of a rental marketplace that allows consumers to rent out their unneeded items. SuM1 Investments, which invests in income-generating assets with individual investors and Stokvels, was named the ‘Most Promising Startup’.
The application period for the next e-Track programme is now open. This three-phase venture acceleration programme was created to empower entrepreneurs across Africa, assisting individuals and teams in the development of scalable enterprises with global potential. High-impact individuals, aspiring entrepreneurs, and seasoned founders are the program’s target audience.
Applications are open until April 29.
