Butterfly Learnings raises Rs 65 Cr Pre-Series B funding from Inflexor Ventures

Butterfly Learnings, a pediatric behavioral health platform based in Mumbai, has raised Rs 65 crore ($6.7 million) in a Pre-Series B funding round headed by Inflexor Ventures.

The round also included participation from current investors Enzia Ventures, Insitor Impact Asia Fund, and IIMA Ventures.

The additional funds will be utilized to develop its technology and AI capabilities, broaden the network of its centers outside of Maharashtra, and increase the usage of its Get SET Early autism screening service by pediatricians and hospitals. Additionally, the organization will broaden its training program for therapists.

Butterfly Learnings was founded by Drs. Sonam Kothari and Abhishek Sen to treat children with learning impairments, autism, and ADHD.

Its platform brings together clinical therapy, inclusive schooling, diagnostics, digital therapeutics and technology-enabled interventions.

The company currently operates 90 centres across 22 cities in India. It also runs a therapist training institute and provides training based on behavioural healthcare standards.

Butterfly Learnings holds an exclusive global licence for Get SET Early, an eye-tracking based autism screening technology. Following CDSCO approval, the solution can screen children from one year of age.

The company plans to expand its presence across India and build partnerships with hospitals and paediatricians.
