Masai School: Aiming to help youngsters find job opportunities in IT industry
Ever since the pandemic hit, the way to operate in the employment sector has changed. Companies, businesses, and enterprises cut down on their staff, especially tech companies with employees working from home. This brought a massive shift in the job-finding sectors since startups started to look for tech talent. According to data, India produces over 15 Lakh engineering graduates each year. However, only 2.5 lakh manage to find a job in the tech industry. In the year 2022, reports suggest several companies came to realize about gaps in skills, are their biggest challenge.
Masai School was founded in 2019, aiming to help the youth find job opportunities mainly in the IT industry, judging them on the basis of their skills purely and helping them in networking with big tech companies. Masai School offers both short- and long-term courses in data analytics and web development vouching that 96% of the students who graduate from Masai School get job placements within four months. They have also collaborated with more than 2,000 companies in order to help them look for well-developed talent in the IT industry.

“We create modules and implement changes for every cohort to cater to the changing tech requirements. We are working on a mindset change, and that is our biggest challenge.
