The business from Bengaluru plans to utilize the money to improve product innovation and increase its footprint throughout India.
The investors’ names involved in this round were not disclosed by the company.
A consolidated dashboard allowing restaurants to monitor and control Swiggy and Zomato operations in real time is provided by Optipro, which was founded by Harshendar Reddy.
Restaurant teams may check reviews, identify inactive outlets, anticipate refund risks, find out-of-stock items, and monitor delays with the help of the platform.
In addition to helping more than 800 restaurant locations simplify operational activities, lower the number of refund situations, and enhance customer experience and platform rankings, it claims to have processed over 5 million orders and 500,000 reviews.
