Student mobility startup ZeroMoblt raises Rs 1.5 Cr Pre-seed funding

ZeroMoblt, a student mobility startup, has raised Rs 1.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Ashok Agrawal, Sandeep Varaganti, the CEO of JioMart, and a number of wealthy people.

According to a press release from ZeroMoblt, the money will be utilized to develop its AI-native technology more quickly, grow its business, and lay out its infrastructure plan.

ZeroMoblt, a student mobility platform founded in April 2024 by Vijay Ganagam and Alfred Lazarus, combines subscription-based services, tracking, safety, logistics, and discovery. In addition to working on AI-driven route optimization and compliance automation, the startup plans to expand throughout India’s main educational centers.

According to ZeroMoblt, it is utilizing Edge AI to construct decentralized intelligence layers that will facilitate operational resilience, route optimization, and real-time safety monitoring. Additionally, the business intends to expand its fleet capacity, compliance infrastructure, and campus partnerships in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Chennai, and Mumbai.

The company claims to have partnered with more than 15 institutions and to use a student mobility model that is compliance-focused. It is currently onboarding more institutions in Hyderabad and has completed 3.4 lakh student trips across 147 pincodes.

According to ZeroMoblt, its fleet network consists of over 3,000 cars that are fully compliant.
