SuperKalam raised $2 M Seed funding from Y Combinator

Y Combinator and Fundersclub led SuperKalam’s $2 million seed round of funding. SuperKalam is an AI-driven personal mentor for students getting ready for competitive exams. Renowned investors from SuperCapital, GoodWater Capital, Nurture Ventures, Puneet Kumar, YC Partner, and Pareto Ventures were also involved in the round.

With the money, SuperKalam will be able to improve its AI-powered learning platform even more, reach a wider audience, improve user experience, and increase the rate of ongoing innovation in customized learning services.

SuperKalam, which was founded in July 2023 by Aseem Gupta and Vimal Singh Rathore, offers individualized test-taking assistance and guidance.

The platform adjusts to each student’s specific needs using AI-driven analytics, providing personalized learning paths, immediate doubt resolution, and progress tracking.

SuperKalam claims to have over 60,000 students since its founding, and it continues to grow by using AI technology to offer students individualized mentorship and support.

Co-founder Vimal launched his first edtech company, Coursavy, which Unacademy purchased in September 2020.
