Vaaree raises Rs 65 Cr Series A funding from Hero Enterprise and Cap Alpha Ventures

Vaaree, a Bengaluru-based marketplace for furniture and home décor, has raised Rs 65 crore ($6.6 million) in a Series A fundraising round headed by Hero Enterprise and Cap Alpha Ventures, formerly known as Client Associates Alternate Fund.
The additional funds will be utilized to invest in its AI-powered product discovery and home style technology, including its VibeCheck platform, as well as to grow its fulfillment network and facilitate quicker delivery.
Vaaree, a carefully selected marketplace for home goods in the areas of décor, furnishings, bed and bath, kitchen, and lighting, was founded in 2022 by Garima, Varun Vohra, and team. There are already around 1.5 lakh products available on the marketplace.
Users may build moodboards, visualize product combinations, find products based on their preferences, and shop coordinated outfits with Vaaree’s VibeCheck platform.
In order to bring inventory closer to clients and shorten delivery times, the firm will also expand its fulfillment and quality verification centers throughout important markets. It also intends to transition to next-day deliveries in major Indian cities.
Peak XV’s Surge, PeerCapital, All In Capital, Better Capital, OTP Ventures, and Kunal Shah are among Vaaree’s current investors.
