Yantra Packs raises Rs 12 Cr Seed funding from Caret Capital

In a seed fundraising round headed by Caret Capital, Yantra Packs, a technology-driven platform for reusable packaging and asset sharing, has raised Rs 12 crore.

Impact Infracap had previously contributed Rs 6 crore to the Gurugram-based startup’s pre-seed round in December 2024.

According to a press statement from Yantra Packs, the new money will be utilized to grow throughout India, improve its technological skills, and increase the size of its reusable packaging asset pool.

Yantra Packs, which was founded in 2020 by Vipin Battu and Karan Saharan, offers reusable packaging assets through asset rental and pooling models, including pallets, crates, containers, and other returnable transport items.

Its technological platform, Trakkia, makes supply-chain visibility and asset tracking possible, assisting businesses in managing asset lifecycles, increasing asset utilization, and lowering packaging-related expenses and losses.

With more than 250,000 containers in active circulation across eight warehouses and more than 100 customer touchpoints spread throughout production clusters, Yantra Packs claims to service more than 30 enterprise clients.

It faces off against businesses like Leap India, Holisol Logistics, Econovus, and Good Pack.

Investor interest in the reusable packaging industry has also increased. In a pre-Series A financing headed by Rainmatter and involving Rockstud Capital, Econovus Packaging raised Rs 40 crore. In a pre-Series A round headed by Rainmatter, InfinityBox has raised Rs 14.1 crore.
