For an unknown sum, Fleetx.ai, an AI-native fleet and logistics technology business, purchased Pando.ai, a supplier of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Customers will have access to a single platform with AI capabilities throughout the stack that covers fleet visibility and freight execution thanks to the purchase.

Pando.ai will continue to function as a unique brand with its current product and corporate identity after the acquisition.Fleetx.ai will expand the combined offering and add its AI capabilities to Pando.ai’s platform.
For the past nine years, Fleetx.ai has been working with businesses in the manufacturing, retail, construction, logistics, and energy sectors. UltraTech, Adani, AM/NS India, MP Birla Group, Maersk, Unilever, and Mondelez are among its clients.
The entire executive team of Pando.ai has joined Fleetx.ai and will continue to oversee the company’s operations.Additionally, Fleetx.ai will invest in Pando.ai’s AI capabilities and solutions.
The merged company intends to spend the next 18 to 24 months getting ready for a public listing after the acquisition. By the time of IPO, the company hopes to have a profitable total revenue of Rs 300–400 crore.
