Kitchen and lifestyle brand Cüraa raises Rs 40 Cr Series A funding from 3one4 Capital

With participation from current investors Kae Capital, Lumikai, and Better Capital, the New Delhi-based kitchen and lifestyle firm Cüraa has received Rs 40 crore in a Series A round headed by 3one4 Capital. A Merisis business called ValueBridge Capital provided advice on the deal.

The company intends to use the new funding to boost its supply chain and warehouse infrastructure, increase its position in D2C, marketplaces, and fast commerce, and broaden its portfolio across pre-cook and cooking categories. Senior executives from important departments will also be hired.

Cüraa was founded in 2024 by chef and content producer Sanjyot Keer and businessman Neeraj Kumawat. The company produces culinary gadgets and appliances for use in Indian cookery.

Cüraa said it has served more than three lakh households since its launch in September 2024. Its monthly net revenue has grown 25 times since launch, while the company is currently adding around 25,000-30,000 customers every month.

The brand sells through its website, Amazon, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, with Amazon accounting for the largest share of its sales.

Cüraa follows an India-first manufacturing model, with most value addition taking place domestically, while some components are sourced overseas to optimise costs and supply chain efficiency.

“The investment allows us to accelerate that vision and help more Indian households cook better,” said Keer, who also runs food content platform Your Food Lab.

According to Kumawat, as the business grows, the additional funding will help it improve distribution, customer service, supply chain, and product development.

As a strategic advisor for Cüraa, Raj Shamani supports strategy, brand amplification, and consumer reach.

According to Cüraa, the company will concentrate on broadening its range of products and bolstering operations related to quality, accessibility, and customer support.
