Unveilr AI raises Rs 16.7 Cr Pre-seed funding from AJVC at Rs 16.7 Cr valuation

Mumbai-based Unveilr AI has secured an undisclosed amount in pre-seed funding from Aviral Bhatnagar’s AJVC, at a valuation of Rs 16.7 crore.
The newly raised capital will be directed towards strengthening the company’s engineering capabilities and adding new functionalities to its AI agents. Unveilr AI also intends to expand its sales organisation and acquire more customers across India, the UAE and the US.
Founded by Sanditya Srivastava, Unveilr AI is building a lead-generation platform for B2B and consumer-facing brands, helping them improve their visibility across traditional Google search as well as AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.
Its technology brings together conventional search engine optimisation (SEO) with Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). The company’s AI agents continuously monitor how brands are represented across search platforms, uncover queries where competing brands are being recommended and examine the sources referenced by AI-powered platforms.
Based on these insights, Unveilr AI works with customers on content improvements, technical optimisation and strengthening their online authority, with the aim of increasing their visibility across both search engines and AI-generated answers.
The company claims that customers can begin seeing measurable results within the first month. In one case involving an Indian B2B legal services platform, the startup said it helped increase AI-sourced traffic by approximately 4.7 times and leads by five times, while ChatGPT citations rose by 80%.
For a direct-to-consumer brand using its platform, organic search currently accounts for around 27% of total revenue, according to the company.
Unveilr AI began operations in February 2026 and currently works with B2B and consumer brands across India, the UAE and the US. Its team includes IIT alumni as well as specialists in SEO and AEO.
