CurvetAI raises Rs 6 Cr Pre-seed funding from Merak Ventures

Pune-based AI startup CurvetAI has secured ₹6 crore in pre-seed funding, with Merak Ventures leading the round and angel investors also participating.
The company will deploy the capital to strengthen its engineering capabilities and technology infrastructure while developing AI agents capable of executing increasingly complex workflows.
From AI tool discovery to an integrated workspace
Founded in December 2025 by Vivek Dubey and Utkarsh Gupta, CurvetAI operates an AI workspace that brings multiple models together on a single platform. Users can access text, image, audio and video models, compare their outputs and combine different AI capabilities within a unified workflow.
The platform serves individuals, teams and educational institutions and has attracted more than 100,000 monthly users worldwide, with India and the US accounting for its largest markets. The startup has also begun generating revenue.
CurvetAI initially focused on helping users discover AI tools and prompts. However, the founders later shifted the business towards an integrated workspace after recognising that users still had to leave the platform to access the tools they found.
Building advanced AI capabilities
Dubey previously worked at Infosys, Microsoft and Google, while Gupta brings experience from Samsung and oversees CurvetAI’s engineering and technical infrastructure.
The startup is also establishing relationships with AI model developers and has collaborations with GnaniAI, Rumik AI and Alibaba.
With its latest funding, CurvetAI aims to expand its platform beyond bringing AI models together, developing agent-based capabilities that can carry out more sophisticated tasks and workflows.
