Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed Giftee invests in Indonesia based TADA

Giftee, a Japanese e-gifting firm, and its Malaysian and Vietnamese subsidiaries have invested in TADA Network, an Indonesian loyalty, and rewards network provider.

TADA is Giftee’s second substantial investment outside of Japan, and it is part of the company’s Southeast Asian growth.

TADA plans to use the cash to improve its loyalty and rewards program as well as extend its presence in Southeast Asia.

TADA and Giftee Malaysia and Giftee Mekong have also begun a commercial partnership in Malaysia and Vietnam. TADA’s platform has been linked to Giftee Malaysia and Giftee Mekong’s e-gift services as the initial stage in the cooperation. Customers of Giftee Malaysia and Giftee Mekong will benefit from innovative solutions that will assist enhance client loyalty.

In addition, Giftee will collaborate with TADA to develop the eGift Service and eGift Platform business in Southeast Asia beyond the Malaysian and Vietnamese markets.

Giftee, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, offers an end-to-end solution, from e-gift issuing through distribution.

Giftee Malaysia was established by the firm in 2018. Giftee Malaysia and Mekong Communications Company partnered in Vietnam in 2021 to create Giftee Mekong, a joint venture.

TADA is an end-to-end loyalty and rewards platform that enables organizations to create and implement loyalty and rewards programs. TADA also allows firms in its network to collaborate. It’s a platform that connects to other platforms to create a customer funnel ecosystem. In addition to the United States, the firm operates in the Philippines.

TADA now serves over 400 clients in a variety of industries, including banking, insurance, consumer products, restaurants, and other service providers. AXA, Allianz, DBS, UOB, Castrol, Exxon, Kalbe Nutritionals, and Erha Dermatology are among its clientele.

Giftee invested in AdEasy, a Malaysian internet marketplace for offline advertising, last year.
