Cactus Venture led $4 M Series A funding raised by SaaS platform Kapture CX

Kapture CX, a SaaS-based platform for customer experience, has raised $4 million in a Series A round that was led by Cactus Venture Partners (CVP).

According to a press release from Kapture CX, the funds will be used to strengthen the team, improve product offerings, and establish a stronger presence in international markets.

Sheshgiri Kamath and Vikas Garg co-founded Kapture CX in 2014; it is a SaaS-based platform for customer support automation that focuses on customer support and facilitates one-on-one customer interactions. The business provides users with a platform where they can gather and categorize all prospect interactions. For internet companies, retail (offline and online), travel, banking & financial services, and consumer goods companies, it has produced deep vertical offerings.

The company, which is headquartered in Bengaluru, claims to serve large enterprise clients like Nykaa, Meesho, BigBasket, Tata 1MG, Reliance, Unilever, and ITC to name a few. It also has on-the-ground operations in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, the Philippines, and India.

The holding company for Kapture CX, Adjetter Media Network Pvt Ltd, saw an increase in operating revenue of about 81%, from Rs 11.5 crore in FY21 to Rs 20.8 crore in FY22. The company’s profits also increased significantly, from Rs 5.3 lakh in FY21 to Rs 1.06 crore in FY22, according to the annual financial statement filed with the RoC. Software licensing is the company’s main source of income. The company has not yet submitted its FY23 financial statements.
