EV delivery firm Mober secured $2 M Seed funding from RTHH

Mober, an electric vehicle (EV) delivery company based in the Philippines, announced on Wednesday that RT Heptagon Holdings (RTHH), led by Chairman and President Rex Tiri, has initiated a $2 million seed funding round.

According to a statement from Mober, this investment expedites the company’s plan to add electric vehicles to its fleet and transform environmentally friendly logistics in the Philippines.

Mober’s EV fleet now numbers sixty thanks to the additional funding, improving the company’s capacity to satisfy the growing demand for environmentally friendly logistics services.

This action greatly lowers the carbon footprint of delivery operations and is in line with the global trend towards sustainable practices.

The creation of a Transport Management System (TMS), which not only maximizes delivery efficiency but also tracks the carbon dioxide savings attained through the use of EVs, is reportedly a noteworthy advancement in Mober’s strategy.

This feature demonstrates Mober’s dedication to accountability and openness regarding its environmental impact.

Additionally, Mober has opened a flagship EV charging station in Pasay City to accommodate its expanding fleet, especially the vehicles it uses to service IKEA Philippines.

Mober has a larger plan that includes this initiative as well as supporting its clients’ green transitions and improving the sustainability of its operations.

By extending its environmentally friendly delivery options, Mober is going to revolutionize same-day delivery services for SM Appliance Center and bring eco-friendly methods even closer to the mainstream of retail logistics.

This program is an example of Mober’s ability to innovate and change to meet the changing needs of its customers and the market.

With plans to electrify their logistics operations, Mober is extending its commitment to green logistics through its partnerships with major corporations like Kuehne + Nagel, Nestle, and Maersk.

This cooperative strategy emphasizes Mober’s function as a driving force behind the logistics sector in the Philippines’ broad adoption of sustainable delivery solutions.

In order to electrify all of IKEA’s home delivery services by 2025, Mober and IKEA Philippines have partnered, marking a significant turning point in their journey.

This large-scale project demonstrates Mober’s dedication to spearheading sustainable logistics and establishing a standard for ecological responsibility in the retail industry.

The founder and CEO of Mober, Dennis Ng, described the funding round as a turning point in the company’s effort to promote sustainable urban mobility.
