UNICEF StartUp Lab 2024 invites Ghanaian impact startups
UNICEF StartUp Lab is a six-month accelerator program for impactful Ghanaian startups and businesses that are working to advance the Sustainable Development Goals for children and youth. Applications are now being accepted for the program.
The UNICEF StartUp Lab program was initiated in 2019 and is overseen by UNICEF in Ghana. It is supported by KOICA and is carried out by MEST Africa. UNICEF experts in education, health and nutrition, social policy and protection, water, sanitation and hygiene, and child protection lead the program, which offers extensive technical expertise and systems knowledge in the social sector.
Individual mentoring, a network of UN System partners, funding for prototyping, and numerous other support mechanisms are available to the participants. With a technology-centric focus, the program targets impact-driven startups in Ghana with the aim of stimulating growth and innovation.
The deadline for applications is February 29.
