Edge AI startup Edgehax raises Rs 1.39 Cr in Seed funding from IPV

Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) led a seed round that raised Rs 1.39 crore for Edgehax, a full-stack Edge AI hardware platform.

The new funding will be used to increase production, speed up the creation of new products, and broaden market access in India as well as in other countries like Singapore, the US, and Europe.

Prabhu Stavarmath and Savitri Patil founded Edgehax in 2025. The company creates modular Edge AI computing platforms that integrate storage, connectivity, and computation onto a single board. Industrial gateways, autonomous cars, drones, humanoid robots, defense systems, and NavIC-based tracking systems have already made use of its hardware.

Through its developer kits, the startup has already enabled 100,000 students and faculty at 30 universities and IITs, and partnered with more than 150 startups, OEMs, and large corporations.

According to the brand, more than 5,000 edge gateway boards have already been shipped, and by December 2025, 10,000 compute modules for consumer appliances will be available.

Global competitors like the Raspberry Pi, Nvidia Jetson, Google Coral, and Qualcomm’s AI boards are in the same market as Edgehax.
