Deep-tech startup Ctruh secures $2.5 M Seed funding from IPV, Avinya Ventures

With participation from India Accelerator, Founder’s Avenue, Anthill Ventures, Finvolve, LVX, Vivek Sinha, and Shivakumar Ganesan, deep-tech startup Ctruh has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round co-led by Inflection Point Ventures and Avinya Ventures.
In January 2023, Pankaj and Dharmendra Jain contributed $2 million to the Bengaluru-based startup.
The money will go toward international expansion, product innovation, and research and development.
Vinay Agastya founded Ctruh in 2022 with an emphasis on AI, 3D, and XR (Extended Reality). It creates a platform called Commverse Studio and a browser-native 3D engine called VersaAI.
The company provides a browser-native, no-code infrastructure that allows 3D experiences to run on various devices without the need for specialized hardware or downloads. VersaAI creates 3D assets from text, video, and images.
Commverse Studio combines content creation, deployment, commerce, and analytics to enable brands to develop and implement 3D/XR experiences.
Retail, e-commerce, real estate, automotive, education, and healthcare are just a few of the industries that Ctruh serves. It faces competition from players such as Trezithe, Eccentric, Metadome.ai, and mirrAR.
In 2026, the business intends to expand into the US and the UAE.
