Aurm raises Rs 42 Cr Seed funding from Earth Fund and Sattva Ventures

In a seed funding round co-led by Earth Fund and Sattva Ventures, along with participation from other angel investors, bank locker infrastructure startup Aurm has raised Rs 42 crore.

According to a press release from Aurm, the money raised will be used to expand tech-enabled vaulting solutions and secure storage via automation and improved accessibility.

Vijay Arisetty, Suraj HS, Pratap Chandana, and Ganesh Balakrishnan co-founded Aurm in 2023 to offer fully automated, high-security private safety deposit lockers for corporate clusters and residential gated communities. With the help of the startup’s technology, locals and staff can access professional-grade secure storage on demand.

Aurm enables the direct integration of fully automated, military-grade safe deposit lockers into bank branches, corporate campuses, and gated communities. The platform offers a tech-led “vault-at-your-doorstep” model in response to the severe shortage of traditional bank lockers.

Aurm claims that its cutting-edge strong rooms offer a first-rate “dressing room” experience along with 24/7 accessibility, multi-factor authentication, and active intrusion-proof surveillance.

Brigade Group and Gruhas are the founders of Earth Fund, a venture capital platform that focuses on PropTech and climate-forward real estate innovation. Portfolio companies have direct access to developer networks, industry knowledge, and practical deployment opportunities thanks to Earth Fund’s Capital++ model.
