V3 Ventures led $3 M Series A funding raised by perfumery brand Fraganote

Perfumery brand Fraganote has raised $3 million in Series A funding round, with a contribution of $2.4 million by V3 Ventures, alongside participation from Rukam Capital, which invested $0.6 million. Rukam Capital, having led the company’s pre-Series A round in 2025.

Prior to this, the Delhi-based startup had secured $1 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Rukam Capital in August last year.

Co-founded in 2022 by Arjun Anand and Garima Kakkar, Fraganote manufactures its products in small batches with a high concentration of perfume oil, aiming for longer-lasting scents. It also specializes in narrative-led, culturally attuned perfumes.

Today, the brand’s distribution is mostly shaped by its own direct-to-consumer platform, with a growing presence on fast commerce sites like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Additionally, it is well-represented in major marketplaces and is still expanding through Nykaa and contemporary offline trade retail.

Fraganote reports a 35% repeat purchase rate and says it has developed a growing customer base of over 4,000,000. Within the following 18 months, it hopes to reach a revenue target of Rs 100 crore.

The company claims that while operating in the Eau De Parfum area, it has expanded to almost 50 SKUs, including 32 distinct perfumes. Partnerships with companies including Phool, The Face Shop, and Chivas Regal are part of its collaborative portfolio.

It faces competition from other prominent competitors in this market, like House of EM5, Zara Perfumes, Secret Alchemist, and Skinn by Titan.
