This worldwide call to action precedes GABI’s premier event, Unstoppable Africa 2026, which will take place in New York on September 20–21. It is organized by the UN Global Compact and co-convened by the African Union and the United Nations.
The campaign seeks to honor businesspeople whose work exemplifies the creativity, tenacity, and leadership propelling Africa’s current progress, building on the momentum of the four previous Unstoppable Africa convenings.
Someone whose vision, bravery, or deeds are redefining what is possible in their community, industry, nation, or continent is known as an Unstoppable African. GABI is urging individuals everywhere to suggest corporate executives who are influencing Africa’s present and future and bringing about significant change.
Nominations are open here until September 9.
