Berrylush acquired by Snitch to enter women’s fashion segment

As it moves beyond menswear, D2C fashion firm Snitch has entered the women’s clothing market with the acquisition of women’s fashion brand Berrylush.

The business withheld the transaction’s financial specifics.

According to a press release from the company, Berrylush will keep using its current name while utilizing Snitch’s skills in product development, technology, supply chain, marketing, and omnichannel retail.

“Entering women’s fashion has always been part of our long-term vision. Instead of starting from zero, we saw an opportunity to build on Berrylush’s strong foundation,” said Siddharth Dungarwal, founder and CEO of Snitch.

Snitch will collaborate with Anusha Chandrashekar, co-founder of Berrylush, and the current team as part of the integration to boost product innovation, increase its omnichannel presence, and improve the customer experience.

A little more than a year has passed since Snitch raised $40 million in its Series B fundraising round, which was headed by 360 ONE Asset and included participation from current investors IvyCap Ventures and SWC Global. To date, the company has raised about $53 million.

As it continued to expand its omnichannel business, Snitch’s income from operations increased by 81% to Rs 900 crore in FY26 from Rs 498 crore in FY25, according to the company’s annual financial filings. In an effort to expand its portfolio of fashion businesses, the company’s first significant move outside of the menswear area is the acquisition of Berrylush.
