Animoca led US $5.5 M seed funding raised by Infinity Force scores

Animoca Brands led a US $5.5 million seed round for Infinity Force, a management solution for the play-to-earn (P2E) ecosystem.

JUMP Capital, Sky Vision Capital, OKex Blockdream Ventures, MEXC, GSR, Double Peak Group, Tokenbay, and DWeb3 are among the other investors.

The extra investment will be used to expand the company’s capabilities, allowing it to enrol more games, guilds, and players, as well as convert into Infinity Force DAO, a decentralised autonomous organisation.

Infinity Force will be able to expand its workforce and spend more on NFT assets for its internal players and guilds as a result of the investment.

Through its integrated platform, Infinity Force allows users to build, grow, and administer their own guild. Its SaaS platform includes guild setup, NFT asset lending, player recruiting and training, performance management, payment automation, and data analytics, among other features.

The company compares itself to Salesforce’s “play-to-earn” model, with the goal of making guild creation and management more accessible to the general public.

Infinity Force has a community in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Venezuela, where it runs its own guild with over 1,200 members. Infinity Force will also soon provide a wide range of P2E games on its platform, thanks to collaborations with numerous game companies, allowing players and NFT investors to interact and profit from the growing ecosystem.

Infinity Force now supports Axie Infinity and wants to expand its ecosystem in 2022.

With over 150 investments in NFT-related startups and decentralised initiatives, Animoca Brands is a gamification and blockchain leader. Animoca Brands announced the closing of a $359 million fundraising round headed by Liberty City Ventures on Wednesday, with a pre-money valuation of $5 billion. OpenSea, Dapper Labs, Yield Guild Games, Star Atlas, Axie Infinity, and Thetan Arena are among its other investments.

Yat Siu, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Animoca Brands, said: “The team at Infinity Force is breaking down the barriers of entry for P2E while empowering communities across the globe with the tools and resources to systemise player onboarding, performance, and scalability. We are proud to lead the investment and to support Infinity Force’s vision to make the open metaverse more accessible.”
