Hashkey Capital, Bixin Ventures backed Pre-A+ funding raised by Safeheron
Safeheron, a Singapore-based provider of infrastructure for digital asset self-custody, announced that it had closed a Pre-A+ funding round headed by Hashkey Capital and Bixin Ventures.
The sum raised during the top-up round is still secret. It comes before a Series A that is currently being discussed and follows a $7 million Pre-A round led by Yunqi Partners and Web3Vision that was announced last August.
In a statement, Safeheron claimed that its business is at the forefront of the fight in Web3 to protect user funds.
To meet the changing security needs of clients, the Pre-A+ investment will be used to advance engineering and scientific research and development (R&D), including new multi-party computation (MPC) algorithms, trusted execution environment (TEE) hardware isolation, and new enterprise-grade solutions.
“Since our founding, Safeheron has been dedicated to building next-generation, open-source, transparent and decentralized custody infrastructure for digital assets,
“Our priority is to facilitate highly secure, reliable, and cost-efficient asset management solutions for Web3 users,” said Safeheron Chief Executive Officer and Founder Wade Wang.
He claims that this new round of fundraising will advance that objective by enhancing the company’s capacity for innovation, research, and development in the fast-growing MPC market.
A platform for self-custody services for digital assets, Safeheron was launched in 2019.
The company offers complete self-custody solutions for institutional clients using secure MPC and TEE technology.
Its solutions guarantee that clients have total control over their assets and private keys while also boosting security and effectiveness.
The company is committed to emerging as the leading self-custody security infrastructure for digital assets in the market.
According to Safeheron, institutions are increasingly adopting MPC wallets and innovating with them.
According to Safeheron, enterprise clients looking for highly secure Web3 self-custody solutions are currently integrating and using the MPC wallet space more frequently.
