Rs 200 Cr Boundless Ventures launched by Natasha Malpani to back AI startups

Former Kae Capital partner Natasha Malpani founded Boundless Ventures, an early-stage fund worth Rs 200 crore that supports Indian AI-native startups.
Targeting businesses developing consumer AI applications, infrastructure, agent tooling, vertical use cases like healthcare and logistics, and Made-in-India AI hardware, the fund will make investments in the pre-seed and seed stages.
Malpani’s personal network of friends and family helped raise the money, which has already been used for six investments.
“Founders who can marry technical depth with cultural fluency will be the ones who set the terms of the next wave. Boundless exists to back those founders before the world catches on. I built Boundless as the fund I needed as a founder: sharp, fast, and rooted in trust,” said Natasha Malpani.
SuperHealth, a healthcare startup, Armatrix, a robotics company, Piersight, a spacetech venture, Knot, a fast fashion delivery startup, and two stealth companies focused on consumer and AI infrastructure are among its portfolio companies.
In addition to funding, Boundless Ventures will help founders with network development, market access, and storytelling. Having previously scaled Dice Media and founded Boundless Media, Malpani, who departed Kae Capital earlier this year, brings both operational and creative experience to her new fund.
