There has been an increase in the number of companies adopting AI for business purposes indicating how crucial this technology is. A study of ‘The Cultural Benefits of AI in organizations’ done by MIT Sloan Management Review and Boston Consulting Group 2021 reveals that a maximum number of companies are making use of AI which has not only helped them grow but also build a customer base.
This is where an AI-powered startup Senseforth comes in aiming to develop AI tech which is future-ready. Launched in 2017, Senseforth AI based out of Bangalore Founded by Shridhar Marri-CEO, Krishna Kadiri- CIO, and Ritesh Radhakrishnan-CTO with a vision to make India independent by having our own indigenous products.
“The problem we wanted to solve was how to bridge the customer experience gap. Customer expectations, after being exposed to the Netflix’s and Amazon’s of the world, skyrocketed. We have two age groups creating that paradigm shift: Gen Z and Millennials. We’re not used to in-person visits to branches and filling up paper forms. We want everything to be instant,” said Shridhar Marri- CEO.
