AI contact centre startup Dialflo raises Rs 1.7 Cr funding from AJVC

Early-stage venture capital firm AJVC led the first investment round for AI-powered contact center startup Dialflo, which raised Rs 1.7 crore. Angel investors Afsar Ahmad, Jani, and Arpit Dave also participated in the round.
Dialflo was established in 2024 and is developing a contact center platform for businesses that prioritizes AI. The startup tracks actions across both human and AI agents and links them to customer experience and return on investment (ROI) via an attribution engine.
In order to assist ITI students with resume preparation, the business first developed speech AI agents for the ONEST project. Later on, it grew to include initiatives with Lokal, Smartstaff, and other businesses.
Currently, Dialflo provides services to over ten companies, such as Careernet, Intugine, and Tata Digital.
The startup plans to use the additional funding to grow its AI and tech teams, improve its attribution engine, and bring on more business clients.
Over the next six months, Dialflo hopes to acquire 20 business clients. For the next two to three quarters, it intends to concentrate on the Middle East and India.
In the enterprise contact center market, the startup faces competition from Crescendo and Firstsource. Dialflo is concentrating on a hybrid model that combines human and AI agents, in contrast to pure-play AI or BPO companies.
The business has not made its financial information or projections public.
With a portfolio that includes firms like Alchemic, Bubble Me, Finanjo, Mindcase, Care Dale, HandyPanda, Multibagg AI, Nuyug, Mithila Foods, Jaagruk Bharat, TruFides AI, Chop Finance, Gaadi Mech, and Iztri, AJVC is an early-stage investment firm headed by Aviral Bhatnagar.
