Seedflex raised $3.2 M Seed extension co-led by Z Venture Capital, Iterative

A $3.2 million seed extension round led by Z Venture Capital (ZVC) and Iterative has been raised by Seedflex Technologies, a fintech platform based in Singapore that was co-founded by two former Grab executives.
According to a statement released by Seedflex on Wednesday, strategic angel investors and current investor 500 Global also participated in the funding.
The company claims that the funds enabled them to enhance credit availability for cashless transactions and assist underprivileged companies in emerging Asia.
Later this year, Seedflex will be able to expand its operations and business into new Southeast Asian markets thanks to this strategic raise; plans to launch in Indonesia are already in motion.
As of 2025, the country has more than 285 million inhabitants, making it the fourth most populous country in the world. It offers enormous growth potential in one of the world’s fastest-growing regions.
“In these turbulent and uncertain economic times, access to flexible credit is vital for the survival and growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs),
“These businesses form the backbone of all economies, and yet in emerging Asia many continue to face huge challenges in securing the financial resources they need,” said Ritwik Ghosh, Co-Founder of Seedflex.
“Now more than ever, we want to bridge this gap to ensure entrepreneurs of all backgrounds have the same opportunities to access capital and contribute to our region’s prosperity and we’re excited about working together with even more ecosystem partners and investors to help us achieve our vision,” he added.
Last year, Seedflex made its debut in Malaysia to give retailers easy access to its in-house “Pay-As-You-Sell Advance” (PAYS Advance), a dynamic credit solution that automatically modifies loans and repayments in accordance with the realization of sales revenue.
The business is now providing its distribution partners with an embedded credit application programming interface (API) that they can use to integrate directly on their own platforms.
Since launching in June 2024, Seedflex’s Malaysia operation has seen average monthly revenue growth of 35%, putting it on track to break even by the middle of this year.
By the end of 2025, Seedflex hopes to have expanded to 50,000 merchants in Malaysia, where PAYS Advance offers have already reached over 5,000 merchants.
To introduce PAYS Advance to their network of approximately 80,000 MSMEs nationwide, the company collaborates with over ten merchant ecosystems in Malaysia, including Curlec, SenangPay, EasyEat, CHIP, and ipay88.
