GROWiT raised $3 M Series A funding from GVFL

Agritech startup GROWiT, based in Surat, has raised $3 million in its Series A round, which is being led by GVFL. We Founder Circle, Sunicon Ventures Fund, Progrowth Ventures, JITO, Hyderabad Angels, and Veloce Opportunities Fund are among the other investors in the round.
The money raised will go toward bolstering GROWiT’s R&D, improving its technological infrastructure, and increasing its market presence.
Founded in 2020, GROWiT provides farmers with soil-to-harvest solutions. Mulch films, crop covers, weed mats, and a soil health testing device are among its offerings. The purpose of these tools is to assist farming practices by lowering input costs and increasing productivity.
With more than 650 franchise partners, GROWiT presently operates in 12 Indian states. It asserts that it has interacted with over 225,000 farmers.
With the money, GROWiT hopes to expand its exports to markets in Africa and beyond while also expanding its domestic reach. Building tools that are in line with evolving agricultural requirements brought on by resource and weather changes is another area of emphasis.
