Magical Nest operator Raanro raises Rs 4.12 Cr Pre-seed funding

In a pre-seed funding round, Raanro Interior Technology, the parent company of the children’s interior brand Magical Nest, raised Rs 4.12 crore at a pre-money valuation of Rs 60 crore.

Stargazer Fund and angel investors Kunal Shah of CRED, Ankit Nagori of EatFit, Gaurav Singh Kushwaha, Prashant Tandon and Gaurav Agarwal of Tata 1MG, and Anshuman Singh participated in the round.

According to a press release, the business will use the additional funding to expedite the creation of an AI-powered platform that will streamline the entire interior design workflow, from lead generation and customer discovery to design, pricing, execution, and delivery.

Rahul Bhatt, Ankush Dixit, and Rohit Rai co-founded Magical Nest in 2025 with the goal of creating safe and useful environments for kids. It provides complete interior solutions, such as kid-specific furniture, storage systems, study spaces, play areas, and décor.

Industry reports estimate that the home interior market in India is worth more than $30 billion.

Activity zones, modular furniture, creative spaces, and intelligent storage systems that adapt to children’s needs are all features of Magical Nest. Depending on the scope and level of customization, its projects usually cost between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 9 lakh.

In addition to serving clients in Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Cochin, Coimbatore, and Kolkata, the company operates in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Delhi NCR.

Raanro anticipates making between Rs 14 and Rs 15 crore at the end of the current fiscal year thanks to the growing demand from urban families for carefully designed kid-friendly spaces. Over time, it intends to grow into several high-end home décor verticals.
