Cross-border logistics startup Xindus secured $10 M Series A funding

3One4 Capital and Orios Venture Partners have contributed $10 million to the Series A funding round of cross-border logistics startup Xindus. Current investors Shastra VC and Caret Capital also participated in the round.

The business had already raised $5.46 million from its current investors.

According to a press release from Xindus, the money will be utilized to grow its business, raise its gross merchandise value to $200 million, and increase its customer base from 1,000 to 10,000 over the course of the next 12 to 18 months.

With an integrated platform that enables companies to sell, ship, store, return, and receive payment internationally, Xindus, which was co-founded in 2022 by Saurabh Goyal, Madan Mohan, Jaikaar Singh, and Saptarshi Datta, streamlines cross-border trade. The business intends to launch XindusOne, its flagship product, which will enable Indian SMEs to easily handle trade compliance and financial flows, ship globally, access international markets, and streamline order fulfillment.

The Gurugram-based business takes away the headaches caused by intricate trade laws, which are difficult for most companies to comply with. In order to free up businesses to concentrate on selling and international expansion, the company focuses on providing rapid, compliant growth at scale.

India’s export economy is growing from $400 billion to over $1 trillion, according to market research.

According to Xindus, it has built its platform to assist sellers in the event that policies change. Its tech-driven, full-stack strategy allows SMEs to scale effectively and levels the playing field by giving companies an on-demand operational engine similar to that of Amazon, Alibaba, Temu, and Shein.

With plans to grow into Canada, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, Xindus asserts that it is present in markets like the US and the UK. Additionally, the company asserts that it has facilitated over 500K international shipments and over 1,000 SMEs. Its 98.4% on-time delivery performance and more than 200 marketplace integrations have resulted in a 20% reduction in trade complexity and costs. The XindusOne stack, which includes embedded legal entity services, trade and product compliance, local fulfillment, and international shipping, enables companies to set up the ideal global strategy.
