E-gifting company AnyReach acquired by Singapore’s AnyMind

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, AnyMind Japan Inc., AnyMind Group, a business process as a service (BPaaS) provider for marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, announced on Monday that it has completed the full acquisition of AnyReach, a Japanese e-gifting company.
According to a statement from AnyMind, AnyReach will keep using its current name.
This is the fifth merger and acquisition (M&A) of a Japanese company and the tenth acquisition by AnyMind Group.
AnyMind Group was founded in 2016 and has since grown into 15 markets. One of the key factors driving this expansion has been the acquisitions that have strengthened the company’s foundation.
AnyGift, an e-gifting platform that enables online retailers to incorporate e-gifting features into their checkout carts, is AnyReach’s flagship product.
End users do not need to know the recipient’s address in order to send tangible goods or redeemable presents.
In Japan, more than 700 businesses currently use AnyGift.
It is anticipated that the e-gifting industry will continue to grow as Japan’s e-commerce market is expected to reach a value of about $257 billion by 2027.
The e-commerce and e-gifting industries will see faster business growth as a result of AnyReach’s integration with AnyMind Group.
By combining AnyGift with AnyMind’s e-commerce management platform, AnyX, and influencer marketing platform, AnyTag, they will be utilizing their synergies to improve e-commerce and e-gifting capabilities, add value to corporate e-commerce strategies, and spur additional market expansion.
Additionally, they will be promoting the international expansion of e-gifting solutions by utilizing AnyMind’s strong presence in Southeast Asia to accelerate global expansion.
Kosuke Nakajima, the CEO of AnyReach, will join AnyMind’s leadership team in Japan to promote a cohesive growth strategy, further solidifying the management structure.
“We founded AnyReach in 2021 with the mission to create a global e-gifting platform. In less than three years, AnyGift has been adopted by over 700 companies, solidifying its position in Japan,
“By joining forces with AnyMind Group, which operates in 15 countries and regions, we can expand globally and continue innovating beyond digital gifting, incorporating offline experiences as well. Together, we aim to build the world’s No.1 platform in the gift-tech industry,” said Konosuke Nakajima, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of AnyReach.
Kosuke Sogo, the CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, stated that the company is speeding up its e-commerce growth with this acquisition, which is its tenth M&A transaction and fifth in Japan.
