Health & wellness platform FlexifyMe secured $1 M Seed funding from Flipkart Ventures
FlexifyMe, a platform for health and wellness, has raised $1 million from Flipkart Ventures, the investment division of online retailer Flipkart. Other prominent angel investors have also joined the round, including GSF, iHub Anubhuti, Chandigarh Angels (CAN), Venture Catalyst, and OneCapital.
In May of last year, FlexifyMe received $300K as the first installment of its seed round. The money raised from this round will be used to improve the AI motion coach even more, localize it, and increase the platform’s accessibility in the MENA and North American regions.
The brand, which was established in October 2021 by Manjeet Singh and Amit Bhayani, aims to aid in the natural treatment of musculoskeletal disorders (MSK), including back pain, spondylitis, arthritis, knee pain, and other pains, as well as the reversal of chronic illnesses and stress. The company claims that it combines AI motion tracking with the most recent developments in yoga and physiotherapy.
The startup claims that in the previous 12 months, growth increased by almost 5X.
In its Flipkart Leap Ahead accelerator program, Flipkart Ventures revealed on Monday that it will invest in five early-stage startups. Algomage, Castler, NimbleBox.ai, and ReCircle will also receive equity funding this year in addition to FlexifyMe.
